Terms and Conditions

By accessing and making a purchase from 27mollys.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding these terms please contact us.

27mollys pieces are handmade to order at our Melbourne Studio. Each piece may vary slightly to what is shown on our website which makes them even more special.

Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your purchase for your item(s) to ship. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you need your items by a specific date, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate.

27mollys is not responsible for lost or damaged items once the tracking number has been issued. If you are experiencing any issues with the shipment of your order, please email us and will do our best to help.

Because our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded after your order has been placed. If you have made an error with your purchase, please email us ASAP and we may be able to assist.

All our items are quality controlled for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. For faulty products please email us immediately. We review each request on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory or general wear and tear.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking as new and shiny as possible, please pay special attention to our aftercare tips below.

— Avoid contact with water and any chemical products such as soap, perfume, oils, lotions and all cleaning products.

— Avoid impact with hard surfaces, carrying/moving heavy items and keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

— Do not wear your jewellery when showering, swimming, steam rooms and saunas.

— Keep pieces in separate pouches to avoid scratching.

— Only clean gently with a cotton ball or very soft cloth.

— We recommend taking your jewellery to a reputable jeweller for professional cleaning. General wear and tear is inevitable on all jewellery, stones and metals.
